- RV Camping Rates: Daily Rate: $50.00 Per Night; Check in: 1pm/Check Out: 11am
- Weekly RV Space Rate: $200.00 Per Week Check in: 1pm/Check Out: 11am
- Monthly RV Space Rate: $400.00 Per Month + Electricity
- $100.00 Security deposit due with monthly rent. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month and is late after the 5th of each month. Late Fee of $50.00 on the 6th and $50.00 each additional day.
- Daily and Weekly Rent are due in advance.

Texas Lighthouse RV Park Rules
- Texas Lighthouse RV Park is a Private Property and Reserves the right to amend or change rules and fees with prior notice for preservation, safety, control and orderly operation of the park.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING in rental properties and common areas such as the laundry room and clubhouse.
- Occupancy per site is 2 (two) adults & 2 (two) Children. Any ADDITIONAL person will be CHARGED $50.00 PER MONTH PER PERSON. Maximum occupancy at any time is 4 (four) persons. Exceptions may be made on per case basis by Management.
- WE REQUIRE SEWER HOSE SUPPORT AND POSITIVE CONNECTIONS ON ALL HOSES. Hose must be elevated off grass. We will not be responsible for damage done by mowing crew to hoses laying on the ground. You are also required to keep your lot sanitary. No leaking hoses allowed. Please keep your lots clean at all times.
- A positive Sewer seal at both ends of your hose is required. If you do not have one, they are available for purchase.
- SPEED LIMIT is 10mph in /on Park Property.
- NOISE – Do not play loud music at your site or at the Clubhouse.
- QUIET HOURS are from 10pm – 7am
- Children under 16 years of age must be always accompanied by an adult.
- Please respect the Privacy of fellow guests – DO NOT walk through occupied sites.
- DO NOT PARK ON EMPTY SITES… YOUR CAR COULD BE TOWED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
- NO PARKING on LAWNS or in the ROADWAYS. If there is not enough room to park at your site, ask at the office for additional parking. Your car will be Towed.
- Pets are welcome but only 2 pets allowed per site. NO PITT BULLS OR ROTTWEILERS are allowed in the park. All pets must be on a leash and under physical control of the owner/handle at all times and *MUST BE CLEANED UP AFTER. Cages and kennels are NOT ALLOWED on the lawns. Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owner.
- RV washing is allowed; however, you must check with the office before starting and receive permission to do so. Nozzles that immediately turn off water flow when handle are released are required. Anyone using hoses without this nozzle will be FINED $50.00. The park is on a well and water is precious so the rule will be enforced.
- Check in Time is 1:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Please inform the office by 9am if you would like to extend your stay.
- A 2-car maximum is allowed per site. NO CAR REPAIRS will be allowed on site. Only holders of a Valid Driver’s License are permitted to operate a vehicle of any kind, including golf carts on the park property.
- Valuable objects should be stored out of sight. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for personal property.
- CAMPFIRES will be allowed in designated park provided fire pits. Charcoal fires in grills are permitted. PLEASE SUPERVISE FIRES AND ENSURE THEY ARE COMPLETLY OUT BEFORE LEAVING. NO OPEN FIRES DURING A COUNTY BURN BAN.
- Please place your garbage in the dumpster in a SECURE plastic bag.
- Management reserves the right to EVICT or REFUSE entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules. NO REFUND will be given. Guests and their visitors use the Park at your own risk, The management and owners are NOT RESPONSIBLE for DAMAGE, INJURY or LOSS to persons, pets or property.
